My thoughts on Marty Sampson's "renouncing" of faith.

I love Hillsong and definitely, I love Marty Sampson's songs.

I don't blog this to judge him.

We, as believers will really go through tough times.
Confusing times and depressing times.
As Jesus warns us in the Bible,
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
John 16:33

It is clear. That while we are here on earth breathing...we will have troubles.
But Jesus gave us hope that through Him we will stand victorious amidst it all!

Let us keep praying for Marty Sampson dear bros and sis.
I, too have suffered a lot, like condemnation, lies from the devil, fear of the future.
But it is JESUS that has saved me from it all!
The GENUINE TRUTH that at the cross, Jesus died for all of us, once and for all
so we can be reunited to our ABBA, FATHER GOD...is more than enough
to celebrate.
Yes! from time to time , there will be discouragements and doubts but,
keep this in your pocket...
"Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes."
Ephesians 6:11

We, as children of God, should always use these verses as in the last days,
the devil is cunning and working hard to snatch away God's children.

Whatever you are going through right now,
talk to the Holy Spirit. For Jesus has never left us alone in this world as orphans.

"I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. In a little while, the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you also will live. On that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I am in you. Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him.” 
John 14:18-21 

Lastly, 
whatever confusions you about who God and Jesus is, remember this...

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."
 
Proverbs 3:5-6



To summarise it all,
THE BEST PLACE TO BE STUCK WITH IS JESUS! 
So keep the good fight of faith...

"Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses."
1 Timothy 6:12
